Refund Policy
OA Labs products are downloadable software, delivered with a license key. Because they are delivered digitally and immediately, sales are generally final once the product has been delivered.
That said, we want the software to work for you. If a technical problem stops a product from working, contact us and we will help resolve it. If we cannot fix it, we will consider a refund case by case.
Free products
Free products, such as OA-Phosphor-1, are provided as is at no cost, so no payment and no refund apply.
