End User License Agreement
This agreement is between you and OA Labs. By installing or using OA-Phosphor-1 (“the software”) you agree to the terms below. The plain-English summary: it is free, use it in your music however you like, just do not resell or repackage the plugin itself.
License
OA Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on machines you own or control. You may use it in your own recordings, performances, and productions, personal or commercial, with no royalty owed and no attribution required.
What you may not do
- Sell, rent, sub-license, or otherwise redistribute the software or its installer.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source or algorithms.
- Present the software as your own product, or bundle it into another product.
Your work
Anything you create with the software is yours. This license covers the plugin, not the music you make with it.
Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. OA Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, its name, and its design.
No warranty
The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OA Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use, including lost data or lost work. Back up your projects.
Termination
This license ends if you breach its terms; on termination, stop using the software and remove it. OA Labs may update these terms for future versions.
